We want you to have your liquor & eat it, too. That's the saying, right? Anyway, this cake is the perfect addition to your entertainer's to do list. Make them mini or full-sized! It fits any occasion.
1 package of yellow cake mix
3.4oz package of vanilla pudding - not instant!
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
1/4 cup of cold water
3/4 cup of Waterman Spirits The Perfect Crush
1 stick of butter
1/4 cup of water
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons of Waterman Spirits The Perfect Crush
Preheat oven to 325°
Grease cake tin (we prefer bundt, but use your favorite!)
Mix all of the cake ingredients together in a large mixing bowl on medium speed for 3-4 minutes.
Pour into a well-greased pan & bake for approximately 35 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean from the center.
While your cake is baking, in a small saucepan melt your butter. Add water & sugar, stir well, & boil for 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove from stove top & pour in The Perfect Crush, stir well.
When cake is done, move to a cooling rack & poke holes over the top & sides with a skewer or toothpick.
Pour glaze over the cake slowly allowing it to be absorbed as you pour.
Serve when ready to enjoy!
