3oz Waterman Spirits Organic Vodka
1oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1oz lavender simple syrup
Soda Water

In a cocktail shaker with ice, add: Waterman Spirits Organic Vodka, freshly squeezed lime juice, & lavender simple syrup.
Shake until chilled; strain & serve in a rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with a dehydrated lime slice, sage, or a sprig of rosemary.
