GOLDEN MILK COCKTAIL

PREP AHEAD!

have this golden simple syrup on hand for the golden milk cocktail.

GOLDEN SIMPLE SYRUP

1 cup of coconut sugar

1 cup of water

1 tbsp turmeric powder

1 tsp cardamom powder

1 tbsp ginger powder pinch of black pepper

1. Heat water and sugar over medium heat until dissolved

2.Add remaining ingredients

3. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes

4.Allow to cool and then strain

[store refrigerated for up to 2 weeks]

GOLDEN MILK COCKTAIL

1.5 oz vanilla-infused organic vodka*

1 oz golden simple syrup

2 oz organic grass-fed whole milk

.25 oz agave

10g collagen powder

wood chip smoked glass

star anise & cinnamon stick garnish

*to infuse, score one vanilla bean down the middle with a knife and put in a bottle of our organic vodka. Let sit for 10 days.

To a shaker, add: Waterman Spirits vanilla-infused organic vodka, golden simple syrup, milk, agave and collagen powder. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Add ice and shake again for 10 seconds. Pour into a pre-smoked glass with ice. Garnish with star anise and a cinnamon stick.
