LAVENDER LEMON DROP MARTINI

A floral twist on the classic lemon drop martini - and it's purple!
1.25 oz butterfly pea flower-infused infused lemon organic vodka*
.25 oz orange liqueur
juice from 1 lemon
.5 oz lavender simple syrup
sugar rim
dehydrated lemon + lavender sprig garnish
Pre-rim glass by dipping in agave nectar and then sugar. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass and enjoy!
*add one butterfly pea flower tea bag to a 1 liter bottle of lemon organic vodka, let sit 5 minutes before using.
