Shuck, Slurp, Savor! 🦪Take the way you enjoy your oysters to the next level with our Oyster Mignonette recipe featuring The Perfect Crush!


3 C red wine vinegar

1 TBSP dried tarragon

2 oz Waterman Spirits The Perfect Crush

1 TBSP honey

Zest from 1 lemon

1/3 C red onion, finely diced

1/3 C freshly pureed blackberries

Pinch of salt

Dash of pepper


1. Add red wine vinegar and tarragon to a small sauce pan.

2. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer for about 10 minutes or until liquid is roughly halved.

3. While still warm, add reduced vinegar and remaining ingredients to a 16 ounce mason jar and lightly shake.

Serve with a Virginia Oyster for the finest flavor!
