Our creamy take on the classic espresso martini. Use your choice of vodka (psst, we've infused Waterman Spirits organic vodka with vanilla for this one!) & shake hard for some extra foamy goodness.
2oz vanilla-infused Waterman Spirits organic vodka
2oz espresso (behind the bar, we use Chameleon Cold Brew Espresso concentrate)
1/2oz Baileys Irish Cream
1/2oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake & strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with three coffee beans.
PS: Making our vanilla-infused vodka is easy! For one bottle of Waterman Spirits, we use a whole vanilla beans, split, and let infused for 3-5 days. Don't want to use your whole bottle? Cut the recipe in half & keep the infused vodka in an airtight container.
