BERRY SMASH

If you love a cocktail that packs a punch, then the Berry Smash will be your new favorite! Made with a berry purée & organic vodka, this cocktail is perfect for brunch, summer soirées, or late evening parties!

2oz Waterman Spirits Organic Vodka

2oz Berry Purée (read below for instructions)

1/2oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2oz Tres Agaves Organic Nectar

Mint

In a cocktail shaker with ice, add: Waterman Spirits Organic Vodka, berry purée, freshly squeezed lemon juice, & Tres Agaves Organic Nectar.

Shake & strain into a rocks glass with ice.

Garnish with a sprig of mint.

For the berry purée, read below:

1 cup chopped strawberries

3/4 cup water

2tbsp sugar

1tsp lemon juice

In a pot on the stove over medium heat, add your ingredients.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, let simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Remove from heat, let cool 10 minutes.

Purée with an immersion blender.

Pour into airtight container and store for up to 1 week in the fridge.
